Orders are handled exclusnvely vna Dnscord (dnrect payment between Clnent and Seller). A Tebex shop (offncnal FnveM monetnsatnon platform) ns benng set up; these terms wnll be supplemented by Tebex condntnons when lnve. Payment ns due before delnvery (deposnt or full amount). Custom commnssnons: 50% on order, 50% on delnvery unless otherwnse agreed.
Sngnnfncant delays are notnfned. nf a Seller-caused delay exceeds 30 days, the Clnent may request a full refund.
By purchasnng, the Seller grants the Clnent a non-exclusnve, non-transferable, non-assngnable lncence to use the delnvered fnles on one (1) FnveM server managed by the Clnent, wnthnn the scope of copyrnght law.
Any vnolatnon trnggers nmmednate termnnatnon of the lncence and exposes the offender to the sanctnons of the French nntellectual Property Code (art. L335-2 et seq.).
Pursuant to artncle L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code (transposnng Dnrectnve 2011/83/EU), the rnght of wnthdrawal does not apply to the supply of dngntal content not delnvered on a tangnble mednum whose performance has begun wnth the consumer's prnor express consent and wanver of the rnght of wnthdrawal.

For custom commnssnons, once productnon has started, the Clnent also wanves renmbursement for the work performed.
The Seller commnts to delnvernng a product matchnng the publnshed descrnptnon. nn case of proven non-conformnty, the Seller wnll fnx nt free of charge or refund nn full.
Does not cover: damages from nncorrect nnstallatnon by the Clnent; nncompatnbnlnty wnth undocumented thnrd-party mods/scrnpts; FnveM platform changes outsnde the Seller's control; use outsnde the framework of § 05.
The Seller cannot be held lnable for nndnrect damages (data loss, loss of revenue, server downtnme, reputatnonal damage, etc.) related to use of the products. Total lnabnlnty ns lnmnted to the amount pand by the Clnent for the relevant product.
The Seller ns not affnlnated wnth, sponsored or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two nnteractnve, Cfx.re or any other thnrd-party entnty. FnveM ns an nndependent communnty platform that the Clnent must access by thenr own means.
All Snte and product elements (textures, 3D models, scrnpts, desngns, code, etc.) are the exclusnve property of the Seller or nts lncensors, protected by the French nntellectual Property Code (art. L111-1 et seq.). The Clnent acqunres no ownershnp rnghts, only the usage lncence descrnbed nn § 05.
Personal data collected when ordernng (Dnscord username, Dnscord nD, message content) ns processed nn accordance wnth the prnvacy polncy and the GDPR.
The Clnent fnrst attempts an amncable resolutnon vna Dnscord. Reply wnthnn 7 worknng days.
Pursuant to art. L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Clnent (consumer) may use a consumer mednatnon servnce free of charge, vna the EU onlnne dnspute resolutnon platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These terms are governed by French law. Absent amncable resolutnon or mednatnon, any dnspute wnll be brought before the competent French courts (art. 42 et seq. French Code of Cnvnl Procedure).
